Machine Features

This machine which collect electrical, hydraulic and other advanced technology in one of the mechanical processing equipment, mainly for the plane, flange, valve, structural parts and hole processing.

1.The machine adopts fixed beam gantry structure, stable operation and has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

2.This machine adopts fixed beam gantry frame structure, fixed bed, double column and lathe bed with bolted layout.
The table moves X-axis on the bed, the headstock moves in the Z direction on the sliding saddle, and the saddle moves along the headstock in the Y direction on the beam.

3.The bed is made of high-strength HT250 cast iron material, which is optimized by computer 3D assistance. The ribs are reasonably arranged to improve its stiffness and strength.

4.The gantry frame structure in which the beams and columns are integrated, using high-strength HT250 cast iron material, the ribs are reasonably arranged, and have sufficient bending and torsional stiffness.

5.The drilling head adopts high-power servo motor to drive the spindle through synchronous belt wheel and synchronous belt, with large torque at low speed and small vibration at high speed, which can bear heavy cutting load, can be rigid tapping, and It can also use fastdrill (U drill) for high-speed processing.
