Auto Self-Centering Four Jaw Chuck


The worktable of the self-centering equipment is equipped with a four-jaw hydraulic self-centering chuck. The workpieces are automatically centered once they are clamped. There is no need to patrol each workpiece to find the center. Solve the problem that the workpiece with the index circle within 1600mm diameter is clamped by the pressure plate after loading, and then find the center to find the center, which is labor-consuming, time-consuming and slow, and the clamping time is longer than the processing time. Self-developed four-jaw self-centering chuck with large jaw stroke. It is not easy for the workpiece to touch the jaw during clamping. It has a strip structure for its own block. It solves the situation that the hydraulic or pneumatic jaw on the market has a small stroke, and the large workpiece will hit the jaw and cause damage to the chuck when hoisting.
The four claws on the workbench adopt a detachable style. After being removed, the workbench is still a conventional platform with a T-slot. Improved the scope of application of other workpieces outside the ring.
