Machine Features

1.Double-end specialized CNC lathe is an efficient and high-precision advanced manufacturing equipment. The parts can be clamped at the same time to complete the turning of the outer circle, end face and inner hole at both ends of the workpiece. Compared with the traditional process of clamping the parts twice, it has the advantages of high production efficiency, good coaxiality and high precision of the processed parts.

2.Depending on the blank condition, part shape and technical requirements of different processing objects, it can be equipped with 1-2 intermediate drive spindle boxes and corresponding special fixtures. There are eight clamping methods to choose from.

3.A variety of tool holder constructions and arrangements can be configured depending on the needs of the customer and the object to be machined.

4.A variety of automatic loading and unloading devices can be configured.
