1.Double-sided composite processing technology design:
Using two sets of turrets, one-time clamping, and multi-station processing methods at both ends of the part, the machining allowance that was originally removed in several work steps is concentrated in one composite step, so that multiple steps are The processing time is completely coincident, and the processing at both ends is completed in one clamping, which avoids the error caused by multiple clamping, ensures the processing precision, reduces the processing auxiliary time, and improves the efficiency by 2-4 times.
2.Design of special headstock for double chucks at both ends:
The symmetrical clamping method of the middle end of the double chuck of the spindle box is used to change the forced asymmetry of the traditional axial parts in the unidirectional asymmetric clamping process, resulting in the surface quality, size and position accuracy of the parts not being required. At the same time, there is a retaining groove between the chucks at both ends of the spindle box, which can clamp the parts with the opposite structure in the middle of the shaft, which expands the versatility of the machine tool processing.
3.Design of extendable two-way spindle:
An extendable two-way spindle is designed with a sleeve assembly, two detachable extension sleeves fixed to the two ends of the sleeve assembly, and a ferrule embedded in the extension sleeve for holding the workpiece, and the sleeve assembly is provided with a drive The control structure of one of the extension sleeves is moved axially; the purpose of axial extension of the ferrule is controlled by the control structure, and the changeable size of the bi-directional spindle can be completed under the condition that only part of the parts are replaced, and the spindle is greatly reduced. Replacement costs and maintenance costs, and effectively improve the advantages of the scope of the spindle.
4.Intelligent control system design:
This project designs a set of shared spindle box transmission control system and two sets of symmetrical structure turret transmission operation control system. By using PLC control design, replacing some relays, the circuit is modified and designed to realize intelligent control of machine tools and improve Contact stability while reducing wiring and increasing production efficiency.
