Machine Features

Heavy duty high speed CNC drilling and milling machine is mainly used for efficient drilling and milling of workpieces with thickness within the effective range such as tube sheet, flange, disc, valve, ring and so on. Through holes and blind holes can be drilled on single material parts and composite materials, as well as slot milling, plane milling and tapping. The machine is digitally controlled with easy operation. This machine can achieve automation, high precision, multi-variety, mass production.

1.The machine adopts fixed beam gantry structure, stable operation and has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

2.The gantry beams, columns and work surface are made of HT250 cast iron casting technology. After the artificial aging heat treatment, the working table has a T-shaped slot with a reasonable layout, which is convenient for clamping workpieces.

3.The machine adopts hydraulic four-jaw self-centering, which is convenient for workpiece clamping, convenient operation, with large clamping force and high cost performance.

4.The drilling head adopts a high-precision absolute value servo spindle motor, which drives the mechanical spindle through a toothed synchronous belt to realize stepless speed change.

5.All three axes are driven by high-quality servo motors and precision ball screws. This machine equipped with automatic lubrication device, The guide rails, screws, racks and other sports pairs are automatically lubricated for easy maintenance.

6.The key parts of machine are supplied by famous manufacturers at home and abroad to ensure the machine is reliable and stable. Under special circumstances, relevant accessories can be configured according to user requirements. The machine can be equipped with an optional magazine tool to realize the automatic tool changing function in all machining procedures.
