1. Product performance:

Inverted turning is an efficient machining process for machining round workpieces and is suitable for the production of round metal workpieces in high volume and high quality. This project develops the automatic connecting line equipment for the double-spindle disc parts. Through the design of the upper and lower movable double spindles, it can realize the double-sided processing of the synchronous disc parts, with high intelligence, high precision and double the production efficiency. 2. Features:

(1)Automatic composite processing technology design:

The use of positive and negative combination to process the two-in-one design of the disc parts.

Simultaneous processing of four coordinates at both ends, and through the automatic loading and unloading module, TrackMotion automation module and the modular basic structure design of the machine tool, the whole process realizes unmanned operation, avoids the error caused by multiple manual clamping, and ensures the processing precision. Reduce machining assistance time and increase efficiency by 2 times.

(2)The dual-columns double spindle integrated design:

The double-spindle dual-columns is designed for loading and unloading. The upper spindle picks up the workpiece from the corresponding loading device. After the bottom turning process is completed, the workpiece is conveyed to the lower spindle through the upper spindle with a very precise positioning angle. The lower spindle is matched with the cutter tower. The upper surface of the workpiece is machined, and the front and back processing steps and transfer tasks of the workpiece are completed between the two spindles, which are more stable without additional mechanical devices. At the same time, the processing procedure of the original workpiece reverse clamping is reduced, which has the advantages of high processing precision, high processing efficiency and small floor space.

(3), Vertical storage conveyor design:

The traditional workpiece feeding is manually carried, which has a high degree of labor and low efficiency. The project designs a vertical storage and conveying device. The storage box is provided with a plurality of sets of circumferentially designed guiding rods. The workpieces are stacked neatly through the pouring rods and passed through the motor. The method of time and time is equally spaced, so that the workpiece can be accurately transported to the upper spindle chuck to take the material. The vertical material storage design increases the number of storage in the unit space of the workpiece, reduces the labor intensity, and realizes large-volume and automatic processing of the workpiece.
