The cost-effective five-axis simultaneous machining system features a classic C-type structure, integrating a self-developed high-precision electric spindle and a direct-drive rotary table, all controlled by a high-end CNC system that delivers exceptional quality. It supports optional electric spindles in various specifications and compound rotary tables for both turning and milling.
Direct-drive turntable

The self-developed direct-drive turntable utilizes a high-precision torque motor, ensuring zero transmission gap and no wear, complemented by a high-precision angle encoder. The high-end CNC system enables precise dynamic control, facilitating swivel turntable operations and five-axis linkage machining. It can handle workpieces weighing from 150kg to 3000kg and allows for negative angle processing. The B-axis is reinforced with an auxiliary support structure that provides robust support rigidity.
HSK series electric spindle

This spindle utilizes a high-efficiency asynchronous internal motor, which provides powerful and consistent torque across a wide range of speeds, ensuring optimal cutting conditions for various materials.
