Working Principle:

2. Workpiece Fixation: The workpiece is securely mounted on the lathe table, ensuring no movement during the machining process.

3. Tool Selection and Positioning: The NC system automatically selects the appropriate tool and positions it according to the machining program.

4. Cutting Process: Powered by the spindle, the tool begins cutting the workpiece. The slant-bed design disperses the cutting force effectively, reducing tool wear and enhancing precision.

5. Completion: Once machining is complete, the NC system halts the tool's movement, and the operator removes the finished workpiece.
