HIGH RIGIDITY AND STABILITY
The system utilizes an integral cast inclined bed with 30° inclined guide rails. This design enhances stability and facilitates smooth cutting operations while making it easier for operators to access the workpiece.
PRECISION AND DYNAMIC RESPONSE
The spindle is equipped with two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, which provide exceptional rigidity and rotation accuracy. Additionally, the spindle's speed is adjusted seamlessly using an AC servo motor, ensuring high dynamic response.
THERMAL STABILITY
To minimize distortion from thermal expansion, the main spindle box and the sliding saddle are aligned on the same angular plane. High-speed rolling bearings and a quantitative grease sealing lubrication system further maintain the thermal stability of both the spindle and machine body.
