HIGH RIGIDITY AND STABILITY
Integral Cast Inclined Bed and Guide Rails: The CNC Hard Rail Turning Center features an integral cast inclined bed combined with 30° inclined guide rails. This design not only facilitates smooth cutting operations but also allows operators to easily load and unload workpieces. Additionally, the structure is reinforced with thick ribs to minimize distortion and resist thermal deformation, thereby ensuring high stability during heavy cutting tasks.
PRECISION AND DYNAMIC RESPONSE
Spindle with NSK P4 Bearings: Equipped with two pairs of high-precision NSK P4 bearings, the spindle achieves exceptional rigidity and maintains extremely high rotational accuracy. The AC servo motor enables stepless speed regulation, ensuring a quick dynamic response and precise control, essential for high-precision machining.
THERMAL STABILITY
Optimized Spindle Box and Saddle Design: The machine's design aligns the main spindle box and the sliding saddle on the same angular plane. This configuration significantly reduces the distortion caused by thermal deformation of the spindle box, enhancing the machine’s overall accuracy.
High-Speed Rolling Bearings and Grease Lubrication: To maintain consistent thermal stability, the CNC Hard Rail Turning Center utilizes high-speed rolling bearings coupled with a quantitative grease sealing lubrication system. This setup ensures that both the machine body and spindle maintain stable temperatures, further supporting precision and durability in machining operations.
