The CL series vertical machining centers are designed for processing and producing a wide range of product parts and accessories in various batch sizes. These centers offer high-speed solutions for industries such as automotive, defense, and aerospace, addressing the needs for both large and small production runs.
MACHINE FEATURES
High-Speed Performance: These CNC vertical machining centers are characterized by their high rigidity, precision, and efficiency.
Column Design: The column features a herringbone structure with an extensive span, significantly enhancing both bending and torsional strength.
Workbench Design: The worktable is equipped with a properly spaced slider and is surface-quenched to ensure even stress distribution and increased hardness.
Bed Structure: The bed is designed with a trapezoidal cross-section to lower the center of gravity, thereby improving torsional strength. Finite element analysis is used to optimize the design of each component, ensuring overall stability.
PERFORMANCE METRICS
Rapid Feed Rates: The machine achieves rapid feed rates of up to 48 m/min.
Tool Change Efficiency: The tool change time is minimized to 4 seconds, with the tool magazine capable of holding up to 24 tools. Tool changes occur without alarms, and each machine's trial processing sample is rigorously inspected to ensure efficiency and stability.
PROCESSING CAPABILITIES
The machining center is suitable for complex two- and three-dimensional shapes, including concave and convex models, complex cavities, and surfaces. It effectively handles milling, drilling, expanding, boring, and tapping tasks for valves, cams, molds, plates, and boxes. It is ideal for small to medium-sized batches of diverse products and can be integrated into automated production lines for mass manufacturing.
ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEM
C80 Plus System: The C80 Plus system features a 15-inch large LCD display, dynamic tool path graphics, intelligent warning indicators, and self-diagnosis functions. These features streamline machine use and maintenance.
Enhanced Data Processing: The system employs high-speed bus communication to boost data processing and control performance. With a program storage capacity of 4GB and a pre-reading rate of 3000 lines per second, it supports the rapid and efficient handling of large programs.
