HIGH-RIGIDITY STRUCTURE FOR PRECISION PROCESSING
Worktable Coupling: The connection between the worktable body and the pallet is secured with a 4-point cone, providing a clamping force of 73.2 KN. Additionally, the coupling of the indexing table employs a clamping force of 85.2 KN, ensuring stable performance even during heavy cutting operations.
X-Axis Tilt Design: The varied installation plane heights of the X-axis linear guides are strategically designed to enhance rigidity, enabling high-speed and high-precision positioning.
HIGH-PRECISION PROCESSING DESIGN
Built-in Spindle/Electric Spindle: The integration of the built-in spindle or motorized spindle effectively minimizes vibration during high-speed operation. This not only improves the surface finish but also significantly extends the life of the cutting tools.
SPINDLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Coolant Circulation: To maintain high-precision machining, a coolant is circulated through the spindle bearings and spindle box. This process reduces thermal fluctuations, ensuring consistent spindle performance.
Hollow Cooling for X, Y, Z Axis Ball Screws: Coolant, temperature-controlled by a cooling unit, is circulated through the hollow shafts of the ball screws. This cooling system maintains stable processing accuracy, even during continuous high-speed operations.
PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE
X and Y Axis Protection Cover: The traditional multi-section sheet metal guard with brushes is replaced by a more efficient accordion-style foldable guard. This compact design effectively manages chips and cutting fluid within the machining area, ensuring a cleaner and more controlled working environment.
