RIGIDITY AND STABILITY

The CNC Turning Center features an integrated cast slant bed with a 45° inclined rail and a robust ribbed design. This configuration minimizes distortion and thermal deformation, providing substantial rigidity and stability for heavy cutting operations.

PRECISION AND DYNAMIC RESPONSE

Equipped with high-precision NSK P4 ball bearings at both the front and rear of the spindle, the machine ensures superior rigidity and accuracy in spindle rotation. The spindle servo unit is designed for high precision and easy maintenance, enhancing overall operational reliability.

EFFICIENCY

The machine's spindle can achieve a maximum speed of 6000 rpm, while its rapid movement speed reaches up to 24 m/min. The integration of Taiwan’s advanced CNC system facilitates X-C axis linkage interpolation and includes a virtual Y axis function, further optimizing processing efficiency and flexibility.
